Sarah has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2005; she originally worked in sales and marketing in consumer health before becoming a fitness instructor, moving into personal training and sports nutrition (she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition & Physical Activity) with a passionate focus on running and endurance events.
Sarah is the founder of RUNtrition, and it is based on her strong beliefs that food, fitness and fun are critical to the success of a healthy lifestyle. She understands the challenges many of us face balancing family, training and work with having two children of her own, which makes her realistic in her approach.

Sarah is an avid and competitive runner, having competed in numerous running events from 5km to the marathon, on and off road. You’ll often find her placing in her age group but still having fun along the way and motivating those she runs with.
